FIRST STEP

Place the scooter on a flat road to start riding. Use your strong leg to get in leaving your other feet under or beside the scooter,  use kick scooter stance and start driving.

GET STARTED

Get the right position on balance and go forward.All scooters have throttle even there some kinds of e.scooters a bit different but mainly all of them have the same technique. Start with a slow speed to get the scooter moving then keep balance on it while you start going up the speed. Manage your distance to pull over your electric scooter.

BRAKES

Use the brakes properly as a motorcycle or bicycle does. Be sure to pull it slowly as you can be thrown from the scooter if it is too abrupt. NEVER step on the back wheel as the electric scooter doesn´t have back breaks and it just has handlebars to turn.

WHAT IS AN ELECTRIC OR BATTERY POWERED SCOOTER?

Electric scooter is a big electric device with two wheels that is propelled by an electric motor. It mainly use a Ion Lithium battery to keep the km range and use of ECO mobility.

COMMON MISTAKES

 

PUSHING THE THROTTLE TOO HARD.

This common use make you get out of control you e.scooter and you could make the rider lose control or fall off.

Some premium scooters have multiple modes. Make sure it is set to the slowest mode while learning.

 

PULLING THE BRAKE LEVER TOO HARD.

This will make the scooter stop suddenly and could cause the rider to fall or be thrown from the scooter.

 

TURNING THE HANDLEBARS TOO FAR.

It always depends your weight as when we ride a bike.

Slow and steady is the safest way to do anything on a scooter. Even if you are traveling at high speeds, a slow and steady throttle or brake movement will keep you from falling.

 

LEANING THE SCOOTER.

Leaning on a scooter while riding will change the center of balance and could cause the rider to fall.
