Process:

● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.

● KUGOO must document what happens when buyers send a product video, showing the problem.

● The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.

● It may be necessary to send a video to verify by engineer.

● For defective items that KUGOO needs to supply when the issue is occasioned by Kugoo brand.

● KUGOO official brand will deliver the issued part as battery, controller, accelerator, etc..as faulty part, free of charge. We will only charge the shipping cost as max of 20€.
